I am a little unconventional in what I offer. I am not a therapist, I am not a life coach. I am a deep empath.

I am someone that has the ability to hear things objectively, recognize where someone may be stuck, and offer a lens shift. Sometimes the mind will mull over things from the perspective the ego is choosing. It’s never about right or wrong, it’s the ability to see through the lens of your heart, and not your ego. And sometimes we just need a little help in that perspective shift - a reframe.
